OH my goodness, I had such a BLAST today!! So many "finallies" for me on this trip - I finally got to meet Jennifer & Conor in person, and their adorable fur babies, Mooch and Oreo (they are from New York and drove in just for our session today - YAY!). I finally got to visit Granite Ridge Estate in Norway, Maine (I've been dying to shoot here since I first heard about it - btw, Micki, the owner, is fabulous!). And I finally got to see some real life mountains in Maine (being from Denver has me mountain spoiled, and we are NOT lacking here!!). Not to sound sappy, but I got a little choked up on the drive up the mountain today as I looked out across the mountainous beauty around us and as we parked at the main house at Granite Ridge. Breathtaking beauty is an understatement. Talk about the perfect backdrop for this wintry engagement session. The vibe of the day was in a word, wonderful, and we got some really great images!!
